We all know about momos, DIMSUM and DUMPLING are momos with a very rare difference which is DIMSUM can be made with any kind of starch i.e potato, wheat, and rice starch whereas DUMPLING is small short essentially made of wheat flour that is exactly momos.

As everything is special but starter roaster averagen, mushroom bao, Crysta, Cheung fun, xeaong bao are the most liked by the customer.

Roaster avargen, a dumpling, is the chef’s specialty. It is filled with roasted brinjal which is toasted with several sauces.

Mushroom bao, a steamed fermented bun in the shape of fungi with a spicy cheese filling, accompanied the avargen. Chef Durgesh Tyagi told us that they used cocoa powder to give the dish its color.

Cheung fun, The rice pepper roll is served with soy sauce and filled with crispy, finely-chopped vegetables like carrot, bell peppers, and garlic.

 Xiaolongbao, which is a steamed dumpling filled with soup. Its aroma tantalized my olfactory senses and as I bit into it, the hot juices mixed with veggies oozed out and satiated my gastronomical ones as well. It was perfection in a bite.

XIALONGBAO

 Laomaigai, the special dish is usually made with chicken but they have a vegetarian version as well. For this, they mix a variety of vegetables like broccoli and asparagus with steamed jasmine rice. The mixture is then wrapped in a lotus leaf and steamed to give it a smoky flavor.

AOMAIGAI

Udon noodles, which were thick and smooth mixed with soy-based vegetables, followed. And they didn’t disappoint as well. The first notes of the curry tasted sweet but as it traveled down my throat, spiciness took over.
