An intimate dining space in heart of central Delhi RUSTOM a very old RUSTOM’S PARSI restaurant promises to give you traditional Parsi home food and pas from generation to generation since 1925.
Their favorite food delicacies like Dhansak and salli which is a glimpse of the Persian Zoroastrian community dining experience. DHANSAK made from the meat of goat and a mixture of lentils, vegetables and served with caramelized white rice topped on caramelized onion whereas SALLI BOTI is a delicious stick potato and BOTI is a chunk of meat. The PRAWN CURRY recipe under the mound of fragrance rice is deliciously incredible hardly any restaurant serves and the specialty of this restaurant is FISH CURRY which is mostly eaten by vegans and nonvegans is decorated or wrapped in green leaves and served with white rice.
As Parsi loves meat, egg, prawn, fish, and various additional recipes, they do not alienate vegetarians. They have very delicious dishes like chili toast, Bombay grilled sandwiches.
They also have children’s favorite thumbprint cookies and mawa cakes delights.
