1. GINGER BEETROOT JUICE

A juice that shouts out fitness and health, is simple to make .

Ingredients Required:

  1. 1 inch peeled fresh ginger
  2. 1 large beetroot
  3. 1 carrot
  4. Rock salt (in accordance to you taste)
  5. 2 kale leaves

Firstly, mix all the ingredients well in a processor, juicer mixer and mix them well.

Remember the consistence of this juice needs to very fine and not think.

Hence keep on adding water . Later add rock salt to the juice in accordance to your taste.

Prefer rock salt than normal salt as it has better health benefits.

Pour it in the jar or glass (add ice cubes) if required and enjoy this delicious drink with your family.

2. MASALA/ SPICE TEA

Who don’t love tea, and whats better than making it one source of boosting you immunity.

Ingredients needed :

1.1tbsp grated ginger

2. A stick of cinnamon

3. Cloves 2-3

4. Cardamom powder

5. Honey 1 tbsp

6. Tulsi leaves 3-4

7. Star Anise -1

Firstly, you need to start by boiling all the ingredients except honey in a litre of water for around 30 minutes so as to extract valuable properties of it.Once properly boiled, pour pasteurized milk in it.

Thereafter, bring it to proper/complete boil.

Secondly, avoid sugar and add honey to it.

Later, strain the tea , add it your cup and enjoy every sip of it.

3. SPINACH CUCUMBER GREEN JUICE

  1. Firstly spinach
  2. Completely chopped cucumber
  3. 1 cup mint leaves.

5. AVOCADO SMOOTHIE

Creamy avocado , fresh spinach and mint leaves gives a refreshing and healthy start for the day . For making the same following procedures are to be followed.

  1. 1 complete riped avocado
  2. 1 ripe banana
  3. 1 cup spinach leaves (finely chopped)
  4. 1/2 cup mint leaves
  5. lemon
  6. Rock salt

Firstly start off by cleaning all the vegetables really well and finely extract avocado and add it to the mixer along with other vegetables skipping rock salt and lemon initially .

Let all of it mix well and convert it into fine smoothie.

Thereafter, squeeze lemon and add rock salt according to taste.
