TIBET KITCHEN – Food of Bangalore

“You don’t need a silver fork to eat good food.” — -Paul Prudhomme

Tibetan cuisine is amongst the most versatile cuisines, it includes the culinary traditions and practices and its people.

The cuisine reflects the Tibetan landscape of mountains and plateaus and include influences from neighbours.

Tibetan cuisine is popularly known for its use of noodles, goat, yak, mutton, dumplings, cheese, butter, yoghurt and soups.

Being in the world of fusion it’s pretty hard to find authentic cuisine joints, wandering in the hope to find good food I stumbled upon a popular food joint “Tibet kitchen”. A food chain widely known for its bone fide ingredients serving you veritable Tibetan dishes.

I was privileged to have enough chance to explore all their dishes and without any quiz I would highly recommend to dine-in.

It posses Excellent environment, friendly service, great menu choices and really decent food that too at affordable prices.
