INGREDIENTS
- Ceramic cup
- All purpose flour (4 tbsp)
- Baking powder (1/4 tbsp)
- Baking soda(1/4 tbsp)
- Salt(acc. to taste) pref-1 pinch
- Milk (3 tbsp)
- Oil(1 tbsp)
- Pizza sauce(1 tbsp)
- Shredded mozzarella cheese(2 tbsp)
- Corns(topping)
- Red bell pepper(topping)
- Oregano
- Chilli flakes
- NOTE: You can add toppings according to your preferences to make it your own !!
Preparation time : 15 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Serves: 2- 3 people
- Most importantly ,Can increase the quantity of ingredients according to the number of people to be served.
- Firstly, take a ceramic or microwave friendly cup.
- Secondly,add all purpose flour, baking powder ,baking soda ,salt and mix these dry ingredients really well.
- Thirdly,Add milk and oil to the dry mixture and stir it really well with spoon until it combines well and becomes a soft dough.
- Add one tablespoon of your favourite pizza sauce and spread it evenly on the surface of the batter.
- Add chopped cheese slices and topping of your favourite vegetables ,it can include (onion, capsicum, olives, corns) over it .
- Bake it in your microwave (choose convection mode )for 15-20 minutes until it rises up and topping starts bubbling.
- After 15-20 minutes take it out of your oven and top it with your favourite Oregano and chilli flakes.
- Enjoy your hot and yummy Pizza mug !!!!
